Energetic, creative marketer and speaker on a mission to spread joy and help people become their authentic, truest selves. Over 20+ years in sales and marketing, I've learned that the same thing drives great campaigns and great relationships: authentic, human connection. Today I channel that into emotional intelligence work and coaching, helping women shed their limiting beliefs and reconnect with who they really are with my Big Sister Coaching.
I speak at conferences, workshops, and corporate events, and my favorite talks are the human ones: authenticity, emotional intelligence, failing forward, and the friendships and connections that make a life. My message is simple. The connection we crave is almost always already available, just unspoken, and someone has to be brave enough to go first. I'm passionate about helping audiences do exactly that.
I grew up in Portsmouth, Ohio and hold a Bachelor's in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Ohio University and a Master's in Marketing & Communications from Franklin University. My hobbies include painting, dancing, listening to podcasts, and spending time with the people I love.
